In the short story, "Hill's Like White Elephants." There are two man characters, One if male and one is female. The story takes place in a railroad station in Spain. According to the dialogue between the two characters it seems like it is a very hot, summer day. The male and female wait from their connecting train to come and while they wait they sit at the bar and have some beers. It seems to me that the man asks the girl to do something and she does not want to do it. Through out their conversation the man replies to her saying "I don't want you to do anything that you don't want to do." At first the short story was a little hard for me to understand with the short dialogue, but through the dialogue I was able to get an understanding about the scenery they were looking at and the setting they were in.
